Registration and issuance of consular ID cards for Nigerian citizens.

✓ Completed citizen registration form.

✓ Valid Nigerian passport data page copy.

✓ Two recent passport-sized photographs.

✓ Evidence of payment of consular fee.

Issued for emergency one-way travel to Nigeria.

✓ Copy of lost passport data page or birth certificate.

✓ Police report (in case of lost passport).

✓ Two recent passport-sized photographs.

✓ Confirmed one-way ticket to Nigeria.

✓ Completed ETC application form & fee receipt.

Consular endorsement of legal and civil status documents.

✓ Original document to be authenticated.

✓ Valid identity document (Nigerian passport/ID).

✓ Applicable processing fee receipt.

Download or obtain the Consular Citizen Registration / Birth Registration form and fill it out completely.

Collect parent's Nigerian passport data page copies, the child's local birth certificate, and parent's marriage certificate.

Schedule and attend a brief consular interview for parent/guardian verification at the embassy.

Collect the child's official Consular Birth Certificate or your Citizen Registry ID card once processing is complete.
