Amb. Abubakar Musa Musa, mni.,
Ambassador of Nigeria
Ambassador Musa Abubakar Musa, mni, is a distinguished career diplomat with decades of service in Nigeria's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Appointed by President Bola Tinubu, he officially assumed his deployment to N'Djamena, Chad, in March 2026.
Hailing from Kebbi State, Ambassador Musa is the son of the state’s former civilian Governor, Alhaji Abubakar Musa (Garkuwan Yauri). He is an alumnus of the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, holding the elite 'mni' designation.
As a seasoned diplomat, his current mission focuses on strengthening bilateral relations, enhancing regional security collaboration in the Lake Chad Basin, and driving strategic economic partnerships to boost cross-border trade, agriculture, and private sector investments between Nigeria and Chad.
